House that Breathes – regular online gathering – Thursdays at 7.30 pm AEDT (Melb / Sydney time)

Join us as together we find meaningful ways of being responding and adapting to the new world around us.

Each week we provide a nurturing space for participants to be together and navigate the every day challenges. House that Breathes’ intention is to encourage authenticicity, keeping it real and applied rather than fluffy and conceptual (even though we allow space to open conceptual ideas with the knowledge that these will likely lead us towards intentions and potential outcomes).

Respecting all perspectives we enable participants to connect to their own sense of what feels right in the moment. In the longer term we intend to create integrated action through the trust built through our being / presencing each week…

House that breathes is a mix of deep listening, being with and transforming blockages. Karen uses sound healing at the end of each session to pick up on the themes that have emerged in the session taking participants into an empowered way to connect with feelings arising. We help participants centre in their own being and find strength and solace in who they really are.  Every week is slightly different but every week we are deeply present with each other to provide a soft space to land and navigate our way through….

Membership
After consultation with our initial community we have now moved into our regular House that Breathes community membership with online events running each Thursday at 7.30 pm. We leave room for new participants by offering a trial package of three sessions. We are delighted the way the community gatherings are unfolding and how everyone involved is receiving such support for their life, a safe space to land and for nurturing each participant’s expression.

Our membership levels have been created through a process of consultation with the general community since we commenced the Series in September 2020:

1. General membership – weekly attendance, fee $43 per week(general) and $33 per week (concession) – weekly online gatherings usually involve some form of sound healing or other healing self care practice to support the members through what is happening in the week. There are two options listed at the drop down menu at PayPal – general (weekly) or general (monthly) instalment payments paid by eft.

2. Trial general membership – for people wishing to give House that Breathes a trial – we offer a 3 week package at $30 per week – please contact us here if you wish to make arrangements for a general 3 week trial package.

3. If you wish to do a “drop in” one week please contact us the day beforehand (ie: Wednesday) and we will be happy to include you.  Rate will be $43 for the drop in session.

4. For those only able to attend once a fortnight we have created a fortnightly option in the drop down menu (payable as a regular weekly or monthly instalment)

You can also make payments via eft (rather than PayPal) if you prefer. Contact us for details if you wish to pay via eft

As always, please contact us at any time if you have any queries.

The initial intention for the Series

We were all shaken in 2020 to wake up to a completely different reality in a few short few months. The House that Breathes online gatherings of relaxing music, reflections and insights is our response to this time in history. It is an invitation to come together, listen, reflect and share some insights from various practitioners about ways we may be able to work with what we have to face and adapt to now. This is an intense time but yet it is still an incredible opportunity to gather and envisage ways forward so we can grow the world we wish to see.

We created this space to acknowledge the uncertainty, confusion, fear, grief, and the “not knowing” how we will get through these feelings that are arising for many people during this time of transition.

It is so important for community to gather to share personal stories so people feel able to unravel and fully respond. Some people may be feeling blocked and will need support to being able to actually feel exactly what they are feeling. The House that breathes gatherings occur weekly so there is regular support mechanism. The overall intention is to create a community of belonging to both support people, work with the issues that arise and most of all move through things so we can all remain resourceful during this time.

We invite you to come as you are. Come with your tiredness, come with your gifts, come with an open heart to deeply be with us. Be present, listen, discover, contribute, grieve and when the time arises we can start to feel into and imagine a respectful and life-giving way forward. We cannot create the new in a void. It must be grounded in our personal experience and in our own stories.

We so look forward to your company on this journey.

with love and gratitude
