Feel free to telephone our head office on our toll free number 1300 889 357 (preferably between the hours of 9.30 am to 2.00 pm Monday Tuesday or Thursday) for further information and/or to enquire about specific class times for small group or individual classes.

PLEASE NOTE: From Monday 30th April to Monday 4th June, head office will be open on Mondays only between 9.30am and 4pm.
