How to Enrol - Queensland

If you would like to enrol for Song and Dance classes, Saturday or Sunday Breakfast Club classes, Adult Group Classes or Holiday Workshops please download and complete the appropriate enrolment form below and submit via email or print and forward to Karen Knowles Singing School PO Box 437 Kew Victoria 3101. Please also send us an email to singingschool@karenKnowles.com.au to confirm your booking. Fees and payment details are included in the enrolment form.

A student’s place will be confirmed once full payment and the enrolment form are received three weeks prior to the commencement of term classes or the workshop date. Feel free to contact us closer to the dates for availability to attend holiday workshops and term classes but in order to be assured of a place please arrange for paperwork to be received three weeks in advance.

Existing term class students are invited to re-enrol for their existing place during the previous term. For new individual and small group class students a tentative time will be provided upon booking. You will be notified of the confirmed time once full payment has been received.

When forwarding payments please confirm which timeslot you would like to enrol in, and provide your contact details (telephone, email and mailing address) – thank you
